At Odd Balm, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order or you’ve received a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help with a hassle-free returns process.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
  • If the product arrives defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, even if the product has been opened.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Contact Us First: Before returning any item, please get in touch with our customer service team at business@oddbalm.com. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue (please include a photo of any defects or damages, if applicable).
  • Free Returns: We offer free returns for UK orders. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid Royal Mail returns label. You can either:
    • Print the label and affix it to your parcel, or
    • Request a pre-printed label to be mailed to you if you don't have access to a printer.
  • Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return and ensure that they are sent back in their original condition.

3. Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • Replacements: If your product was damaged or defective, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund. We’ll send a replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you and provide tracking information for the new delivery.

4. Return Timeframe Extension

  • During the holiday season or other promotional periods, we extend our returns period to make your shopping experience more convenient. For purchases made between [insert holiday start date] and [insert holiday end date], we offer an extended return window of [insert number of days] days. This ensures that gifts and seasonal items can be returned after the holidays.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

How long does it take to process a refund?

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), it typically takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange a product?

  • Yes! If you would like to exchange an unopened item for another flavor or product, simply contact us at business@oddbalm.com. Exchanges are only available for unopened items, and additional shipping charges may apply.

What should I do if I don’t have access to a printer for the returns label?

  • No problem! Let us know, and we will mail a pre-printed returns label directly to you.

How do I track my return?

  • Once your return is shipped using the Royal Mail prepaid label, you will receive a tracking number. You can track the status of your return through Royal Mail’s tracking system.

Can I return an item on sale?

  • Unfortunately, sale and discounted items are final sale unless they are defective or faulty. In such cases, we will happily provide a refund or replacement.
